Bride’s checklist for “Le Chateau”

This list is a list of Optional items or services we do not supply for your wedding.   Our Consultants would be happy to help in referring & coordinating your needs with some of our preferred providers.  The reason we don’t include these things in a “package” is to allow our clients more freedom of Choice and Budget.

• Music:  Bring either an Ipod, Band, or DJ  (Do not bring a cd, as they will not play throughout the building.)

• Flowers: For Centerpieces, sign in table, holding, for Mothers, Grandmothers, Fathers, Grandfathers, Groomsmen, Bridesmaids, Bridal Party, Flower girls, & Brides Bouquet.
• Groom not included, neither is the “Garter” he might want to bring.
• Sign in book
• Ring Bearer pillow or other things you may want if you are having a ceremony
• Photos for Frames on Wall must be printed on board. Two 11”x14”  &  Three 16”x20” (Make sure that photos are slightly smaller. Frame openings are exact measurements.)

• Send off materials…Balloons, sparklers etc…please see contract for Rules & Stipulations.
• Cake “take home” box.  Talk to your Cake provider.

We do have these available for you to use at no charge:

• 3 Bistro height tables:  1 for Cake table, 1 for Sign in Book Table, 1 for favors or photos- No linens needed.
• 100 Black Chivari Chairs
• Rectangle tables if you need display space. 8ft. or 6 ft.
• “Lantern” Centerpieces: 10 tall black lanterns w/ cream battery powered candles
• 6 Table top easels
• 3 Floor easels –use for framed large portraits, quilts etc…
• Music:  use an ipod playlist, or hire a band or DJ
• A DVD player: do not put music on your DVD slideshow or the same 2 songs will play all night.
• A projector with a large screen to show DVD Slide show, make sure it auto loops.
