Le Chateau’s maximum occupancy is 299 people. This allows for a flowing reception up to 600 people, and a seated banquet up to 250 people. Rented space consists of four connected rooms totaling 4500sq feet.

Le Chateau is located inside of the Village Green complex, which has ample parking especially during the evening hours.

Yes. If you are providing your own food , you and your party will be liable for all food borne illness, and are subject to Health Department investigation as stated by law.  In other words if you are not paying a Licensed Utah Business to cater your event, the liability falls on you and your party.  It is imperative that a licensed caterer provides Le Chateau Management with a copy of their business lincense and Serve Safe Certificate no later tha 10 days prior to the event.

Le Chateau has a list of preferred bakeries, florists and DJ’s we have worked with and trust, however you are more than welcome to find your own. Please see our preferred partners.

All tables, chairs, and basic white, cream, or black linens are provided. Any toppers or additional colors can be purchased through our provider or supplied by the wedding party.

Doves, balloons, flower petals, bubbles, and sparklers may be used only outside the front entrance. Any cleanup or damage by these will be the responsibility the wedding party or renter.

Due to linen damage, fire hazard, and safety of guests, only flameless candles are permitted. Scented candles and sprays are not permitted.

Hours after 12pm Midnight are $200 per hour. A $200 charge will be assessed for every initiation of an additional hour if you decide to prolong your contracted scheduled time for the event. Le Chateau reserves the right to refuse occupancy after scheduled time is surpassed.

Rental includes staff for setup, take down and clean up. There will be someone there to help and answer any questions. Unlike most venues Le Chateau does not require any cleaning checklists after your event, so you are free to go home immediately.

Yes, there is a private room for you to change into your wedding dress, and store & secure your personal belongings during your event. Le Chateau will not be held liable for any lost or stolen property during your event.

Ceremonies can be done in our main hall or ballroom. No additional charge is incurred. Please allow yourself enough time to transition into your reception. A 6-9 hour block is recommended for those who are doing a ceremony and reception.

Yes, you will need to meet with your event coordinator 2 weeks prior to your event to finalize your linens, decorations, set up, guest count, and pay your adjusted balance.

Many people find it much easier to have their Ceremony, luncheon and reception at the same location. We do not charge a Ceremony fee as long as your Family & Guests are fine with moving their chair to their table afterwards.
